Wayfarer terms

Wayfarer is a personal travel and sailing journal. Maps, user posts and suggested places are informational. They are not navigational charts or a substitute for current charts, weather, local notices or safe seamanship.

You retain ownership of your content and give Wayfarer permission to store and display it according to your chosen visibility. Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not publish private locations, harass others, spam, falsify recorded tracks or post unsafe navigation advice.

App Store purchases are charged by Apple at the price shown before confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the App Store. Apple handles billing, refunds and subscription cancellation.

You can report content, block users, export your data and request account deletion from the app. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
